Eligibility Criteria of SBI Manager Vacancy 2021
Age Limits
- Minimum 25 Years
- Maximum 35 Years
Education Qualification
- Full-time MBA or it’s equivalent/ PGDM/ PGDBA/CA/CFA/FRM
- The Institute should be recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC.
- Courses (MBA or its equivalent/ PGDM/ PGDBA) completed through correspondence/ part-time will not be eligible.
- Preference will be given to candidates who possess an MBA or equivalent/ PGDM/ PGDBA with a specialization in Finance.
- Minimum 6 years of experience of which post-qualification experience of minimum 4 years in the area of credit processes & credit policy framing as an Executive in Supervisory/ Management role in a Scheduled Commercial Bank/ NBFC/ PSU/ FIs/ Credit Rating Agency.

- Middle Management Grade Scale III (MMGS III)
- Rs. 42020/- to 51490/-
Selection Process
- The selection of candidates will be based on Shortlisting and interviews.
- Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
- Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard
- Merit List: The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interviews only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit.

- SC/ST Candidates: No Fee.
