Job Profile:

To develop and finalize a business plan and performance budget for the Zone and the branches in the Zone in coordination with Retail Banking Department.
To provide necessary guidance to the officials at Zonal Office/ branches for developing and implementing appropriate business plans and strategies and action points to achieve them.
To ensure that the branches of the Zone achieve business growth, profitability, recovery, and other performance targets.

Maximum 50 Years as on 31-08-2021

Education Qualification

B.Com. / CAIIB preferred

Experience:

Minimum 5 years as Zonal Head in the Banking sector with expertise in retail & commercial credit – credit assessment & business development
