| Graduate Engineer Trainee | 1st class degree in the discipline of Civil/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation Engineering/ Electrical/ / Chemical/ Computer Science/ Metallurgy / Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
Age Limits: 30 years |
| Assistant Officer Commercial | 2 years full-time Post-Graduate Degree in Commerce (M.Com)
Age Limits: 32 years |

Age Relaxation For NRL Recruitment 2021
- The maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, 10 years for PwBD (UR), 13 years for PwBD (OBC-NCL), and 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST) candidates against reserved posts.
- The maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir between 01.01.1980 and 31.12.1989.
- Maximum age relaxation by 5 years is applicable for Ex-servicemen & Commissioned Officers (including ECOs/ SSCOs) subject to rendering minimum of 5 years’ service in the Armed Forces and fulfillment of other conditions prescribed by Govt. of India.
Numaligarh Refinery Limited Salary /Pay Scale
- GET: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-
- Assistant Officer Commercial/ Assistant Accounts Officer: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000 /-
Selection Procedure
- The selection process shall consist of Computer-Based Tests and Personal Interviews or/and Group tasks of the shortlisted candidates.
- All the candidates claiming to fulfill all the eligibility criteria will be called for Computer Based Test without verifying their eligibility.
- Candidates qualifying in the Computer Based Test in order of merit will be called for Group Task or/and Personal Interview.
- Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in both the stages i.e. Computer Based Test and Group Task (GT) & Personal Interview (PI) to be considered for further selection process. Minimum qualifying marks in each stage i.e CBT and (PI+GT) is 50%
Scoring model:
- Computer Based Test (85% Weightage)
- Group Task (5% Weightage)
- Personal Interview (10% Weightage)
- Final Score – Combined scores of Computer Based Test + Group Task + Personal Interview.
NRL Recruitment 2021 Exam Pattern & Syllabus
Computer Based Test will be of objective type questions with no negative marking and will comprise of 4 sections:
