- Assistant General Manager Personnel
Job Profile: Dealing with personnel policies/ rules and regulations and all service matters of the employees including advances/ loans to the employees and their other claims; Dealing with disciplinary and legal matters concerning employees.
Eligibility Criteria of NSTFDC Recruitment 2021
Age Limits
- Maximum: 42 years
- The age limit indicated above is as on 01.07.2021.
Education Qualification
- PG Degree in Pers. Mgt/ Industrial Relations/ HRD/ Social work from a recognized University.
- Minimum 8 years experience in the relevant field of which 5 years in a middle managerial level.
- Desirable: MBA/LLB/PG Diploma in Labour Laws.
Salary/Pay Scale
- E-4 level 70,000-2,00,000 (IDA)
