Education Qualification
- SSC / Matric / Std X with a minimum of 50% (aggregate) and ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in relevant trades with a minimum of 65% (aggregate).
Age Limits
- Candidates born on or before 02 May 2009 shall be eligible for applying apprenticeship training batch 2023-24.

- Written examination would be objective type consist of 50 questions (Mathematics 20, General Science 20, General Knowledge 10), with each question carrying one and a half (1½) marks.
- Candidates in the order of merit of written examination would be called for interview in various reservation categories and trades.
- The interview is based on the technical skills of the Candidates in the respective trade.
- Candidates finally selected in the interview will have to undergo a medical examination.

- On completion of online registration at www.apprenticeship.gov.in web portal, a candidate must apply online for Apprenticeship Training at Naval Dockyard, Andhra Pradesh establishment at the web portal.
- Click on Apprentice Activation in the drop-down menu.
- The apprentice Activation page would open. Fill up all details in the form and click on the activate button as mandated in the form.
- Upon successful completion of the Apprentice Activation activity, a system-generated auto-mail would be sent to the e-mail id registered by the candidate on the Apprentice Activation page. This e-mail would contain a candidate’s online Registration Number and would provide a link for the candidate to apply for apprenticeship training in various establishments in the country.
