- Direct Marketing Executive – Digital (DME – D)
Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR Master’s degree in any discipline.
(MBAs in Marketing/Finance and/or candidates having 2 or 3 years experience in a related field may be given preference.) - Age should not be less than 21 years or more than 35 years.
- Candidates with past experience in telemarketing of financial/real estate products will be preferred.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Procuring New Business from leads provided to him and his own sales activity.
- Following up with Online Loan Applications. Completing the documentation work for processing the proposal and getting all requirements.
- Attending & providing professional financial advice to direct customers and providing services to them.
- Canvassing LICHFL’s Loan Products.
- Customer relationship management – Providing after-sales service.
- Portfolio Monitoring.
- Any other jobs as specified from time to time.

LIC HFL Recruitment Executive Salary/Pay Scale
During the initial period, up to 3 years from the date of appointment, DMEs will be paid monthly stipend as per following:
Metro Centers: Rs. 20,000/-
In addition to above, DMEs will be incentivized by way of business commission on monthly business (disbursements) procured by them.
