IRMA Vacancy 2022 Details

Admissions Counsellor for PGDM(RM-X) Programme

Duration: This is a purely contractual position for a period of three months only.

Job responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Aiding and assisting the decision-making process of potential applicants by explaining admission procedures and eligibility requirements to them through phone calls, emails, face-to-face meetings, etc.
2. Calling or visiting dairy sector organizations for generating interest in the program and get applications.
3. Supporting the prospective applicants throughout the admission process by responding to their queries and helping them through the registration and application process end-to-end.
4. Maintaining the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed applications.
5. Review the applications for eligibility requirements.
6. Providing all the relevant information/data to the Programme Office.
7. Maintaining regular communication with prospective students, their organizations, and related external agencies for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.
8. Any other task related to the admissions process is assigned by the PGDM-RMX office/Chair.

Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

Post-graduation in Management, HRM or psychology,
Versatile skill set in counseling, mentoring, and interpersonal communication at various levels (prospective applicants, HR, or other decision-makers in sponsoring organizations),
Proficiency in English and Hindi languages and
Proficiency with computers, particularly with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Salary/Pay Scale

The compensation for the selected candidate will be in the range of Rs.12,000/- to Rs.15,000/- per month, depending upon relevant competencies.

Selection Procedure

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. The selected candidate is expected to join at the earliest.
