Eligibility Criteria of IOB Jobs 2021
Nationality/ Citizenship
A candidate must be either:
- i) a Citizen of India or
- ii) a subject of Nepal or
- iii) a subject of Bhutan or
- iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
- v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

Tech Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication/ Information Security/ Cyber Security with a minimum of 60% marks^ or equivalent Grade or First Class.
Minimum 04 years of experience in Information Security Domain. Min-25 Years |
| Manager (Information System Audit) | B.E. / B. Tech Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication/ Information Security/ Cyber Security with a minimum of 60% marks^ or equivalent Grade or First Class.

- Persons domiciled in Kashmir Division of Jammu & Kashmir State during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989: 05 Years
IOB Manager Recruitment Salary /Pay Scale
- MMGS II: Rs. 48,170 – 1,740 / 1 – 49,910 – 1,990 / 10 – 69,810
- MMGS III: Rs. 63,840 – 1,990 / 5 – 73,790 – 2,220 / 2 – 78,230
Selection Process
- Selection will be made on the basis of an Online Examination followed by an Interview.
