Age Limits
- Not exceeding 50 years
Education Qualification
- MBA in marketing and Finance
- Minimum 10 years experience in marketing of Capital Market Products and Services. Sufficient experience in heading marketing team and handling Institutional Clients
Indbank Job Salary /Pay Scale
- Rs.15.00-20.00 lakh p.a.
Selection Procedure
- The mode of selection is based on the Interview.
- A Screening Committee will screen the applications received for the post for identifying eligible candidates.
- Interview and final selection will be carried out by the committee consisting of President & Whole Time Director, Director, Nominee Director appointed by Indian Bank and an Independent Director of the Company

Period of Contract
- The initial contract period shall be three years with an option to extend further, based upon the annual performance review. Based upon such performance review, the Board may revise the emoluments within the minimum-maximum range stipulated below.
Termination of Contract
- The services of the Employees on Contract are liable to be terminated any time during the period of contract by giving one month notice or emoluments in lieu thereof without assigning any reason. The employees on contract can resign from the services of the company by giving three month notice or emoluments thereof in lieu of notice.
