- Superintending Engineer
Eligibility Criteria of IIT Gandhinagar Superintending Engineer Vacancy 2021
- Only qualified engineers in service of Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies need to apply.
- The applicant must have adequate experience in the construction of large building projects.
- A person holding an analogous post or having at least 07 years relevant experience in Pay Level 11 at the level of Executive Engineer can apply.
- Candidates must have at least an overall grading of ‘Very good’ in the past five APARs starting with 2016-17.

Other Info:
- Appointments shall be made on a deputation basis, initially for a period of three years, as per Government of India rules for deputation/ foreign service appointments. In addition, the Institute pays a special allowance of up to 30% of basic pay in deserving cases.
- Outstation candidates called for interview shall be reimbursed travel expenses from the place of residence to Gandhinagar and back, as per instruction in the call letter, on the production of tickets.
- No interim correspondence will be entertained. Canvassing in any form shall lead to automatic disqualification.
- Fulfilling qualifying norms does not entail a call for an interview. Only candidates shortlisted on the basis of better qualification and quality of relevant experience, shall be called for presentation/ interview.
- The Institute reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions at its own discretion.
- The Institute reserves all rights not to call an applicant for an interview or not to fill up a position through this round of selection process without assigning any reason.
