Managing Director

Contractual period:

The appointment shall be on a contractual basis initially for a period of three years which may be further extended depending upon the performance.

Eligibility Criteria of GETCO Managing Director Recruitment 2020

Age Limits

The candidate should not be more than 55 years of age on the last date of submission of application.

Education Qualification

The candidate must possess Full-Time Engineering Degree from the reputed Institution or recognized University.

Experience

The candidate must possess minimum 20 (twenty) years’ postqualification experience in Power / Infrastructure Sector, out of which at least 05 (five) years should be in Power Transmission Sector and minimum 03 (three) years’ experience should in the cadre of Executive Director, Vice President/ Chief Engineer.

GETCO Managing Director Salary/Pay Scale

The compensation package will be negotiable which will comprise fixed and performance-based pay.

Desired Skill Set:

The incumbent should possess the following skillset:

Ability to develop a vision, provide the strategic direction & overall leadership under the guidance of the GETCO Board.
Ability to manage the overall business to ensure that strategic and business plans are effectively implemented, results are monitored and reported to the Board and financial & operational objectives are attained;
Ability to develop tactics and business plans necessary to realize revenue and earnings growth;
Overseeing and leading all spheres of activities in the company including project implementation, operations, and maintenance and commercial activities; &
Experience in interacting with the Government and Government Agencies.

General Terms & Conditions:
