Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification
- M.E. / M. Tech. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 to 12 years of Industry experience of Power Sector including the Renewable Energy Sector Preference will be given to people having experience in the Power Sector Research, Renewable Energy, Storage and Electric Vehicles.
Experience & Skills required:
- Ability to lead the team, and project management
- Expertise in Solar Policy & Regulations, Strategic Consulting, Business, Pilot Project & Market Intelligence
- Knowledge of advanced technology in the field of Power / Renewable Energy Sector with a proven ability to formulate policies
- Assist and advising Government and Non-Government clients with latest trends and technologies in relevant subjects
- An in-depth understanding of the Indian Power Sector, Regulations, system design, battery storage, hydrogen, solar PV, solar thermal, energy efficiency and conservation, Electric Vehicles and an inquisitive mind for futuristic technologies
- Must require expertise in the renewable energy techno-economic analysis in software like SAM, PVSyst, TRNSYS, RETScreen etc.
- Should have hand on experience in the Power Sector consulting / advisory projects, Programs, research, training and development of intellectual property
- Ability to lead collaborative and consultative dialogues on forms of Energy sector
- Branding, Marketing and Outreach

- Up to INR 3 Lakhs

Job Description:
- Designing of Solar and other Energy Systems, Administration, Project Management and Supervision, Theoretical and On-field analysis of system performance and Documentation
- Technically support GERMI activities in Solar and other initiatives including Research and Development, Projects and Programmes, Consultancy, Training and Development of intellectual property.
- Assess emerging technologies and developing socially relevant pilots for State and National Policies to adopt in the Power sector
- Updating self with latest trends and technologies in relevant subjects
- Financial Modelling, Writing and analysing technical reports
- Manage/ coordinate projects and specific programmes
- Prepare Project Proposals and Contracts
- Ability to rope in high valued projects, manage those projects and programs, budgets and timely delivery of the projects and programs
- Document best practices and papers post completion of the projects and programs
- To Mentor team in developing relevant skills
- Liaisoning with Government Departments & Funders
- Assist in development activities of the organization
- Undertake assignments as and when given by Management
