Type of Employment: contractual
Tenure of contract:
- Purely on a contractual basis for a period of three years, extendable by another two years; subject to satisfactory performance of the contractual person.

Salary/Pay Scale
- Rs. 1,40,000/- per month for the field of Chief Manager and
- Rs. 1,00,000/- per month for the field of Manager.
