University Deputy Librarian	Ph.D./Master‘s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science. Eight years’ experience as an Assistant University Librarian /College Librarian.	Pay Matrix Academic Level -12 of 7th CPC, UGC	–
Assistant Registrar	Master’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven-point scale. Five Years of experience.	Pay Matrix Level -10 of 7th CPC	Not exceeding 40 years
Private Secretary	A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute. At least 03 years experience. English/Hindi Stenography speed: 80 wpm in English or 60 wpm in Hindi. English/Hindi type speed: 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi. Knowledge of computer applications.	Pay Matrix Level -7 of 7th CPC	Not exceeding 35 years
Personal Assistant	A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Two years experience as Stenographer. English/Hindi Stenography speed: 60 wpm in English/Hindi. Proficiency in Typing in English or Hindi with a minimum speed of 35 / 30 wpm respectively. Knowledge of Computer Applications.	Pay Matrix Level -6 of 7th CPC	Not exceeding 35 years
Technical Assistant	Graduation in relevant subject/discipline. At least two years’ experience. Knowledge of Computer Applications.	Pay Matrix Level -5 of 7th CPC	Not exceeding 30 years
Laboratory Assistant	Bachelors’ Degree in Science or any other degree in the relevant field. Two Years of Experience.	Pay Matrix Level -4 of 7th CPC	Not exceeding 32 years
